I like this post for two reasons. First, the post itself is about how comments should be, and I agree with it wholeheartedly. I've had this pain in my side about comments and forums for years and haven't done anything about it. Second, I like the inspiration on the right side... photos/images for the best posts on your site. You should know this anyway, and definitely get people to go to those posts more often.
